Zach S. Brady

Since his admission to the Texas State Bar in 1999, Zach S. Brady has developed a comprehensive law practice serving the needs of farmers and ranchers in West Texas and the South Plains.  Zach has litigated cases to victory at trial and on appeal to the Texas Supreme Court, and has appeared before the Texas Department of Agriculture, the Texas Public Utility Commission, and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. In recognition of his work, for five years running SuperLawyers magazine has selected Zach for inclusion in "Texas Rising Stars," a listing of top young attorneys throughout the state.  Zach is also a recipient of Martindale-Hubbell's "BV" peer rating, indicating distinguished levels of professionalism and ethical standards.

Amber S. Brady, Associate

Amber S. Brady is also committed to serving the legal needs of farmers and ranchers in West Texas and the South Plains.  Prior to joining ZS Brady & Co., Amber worked as an attorney for Thompson & Knight in Houston, Texas; Amber also brings her experience in agricultural policy and state government to the firm, serving as General Counsel and Deputy Secretary of Agriculture for the South Dakota Department of Agriculture, as well as Acting Senior policy advisor to the Governor of South Dakota on agricultural and natural resource issues, before returning to private law practice in West Texas.

Amber practices in the areas of administrative law, agricultural law, business and commercial law, civil litigation, eminent domain, and water law.

Prior to joining ZS Brady & Co., April D. Roark practiced law at Strasburger & Price in Dallas, Texas, with an emphasis on ERISA litigation and other insurance defense issues. While at S & P, April had a successful litigation practice in state court winning several cases at the trial level and numerous summary judgment verdicts at both the state and federal level. She has also taught legal writing and research as a teaching fellow at The Texas Tech School of Law.  Currently, her focus is on an appellate practice and on providing litigation support for the firm.
